This is a tech toy, not the Mars rover - so take the negative reviews with a block of salt. This is a great product and a lot of fun. A breeze to set up if you have the slightest idea of what you're doing and if you read the instructions. Yes, battery life isn't stellar but
that's what happens when you're sending/receiving live video and audio over wireless on an electric motor-driven rover. Control responsiveness if surprisingly good, but there is about a 5 second lag for sound send & receive. It's crystal clear though, on both ends. Controlling it from the internet is also an easy setup, but you need to know how to forward an IP address in your wireless router and you need to know your external IP. NOT hard, plug that last sentence into Google and you'll have it done in no time.
